ABOUT US

 Streator R/C Flyers is a club that was formed to promote all aspects of radio controlled aeromodeling and to provide a flying location for its members. The club is an AMA sanctioned flying field that has an excellent 600’ grass runway and also a shorter east/west runway. Collectively the the R/C Flyers has a knowledge base ( from building to flying) that spans many years, so, there’s always a helping hand when needed.

 The club meets at 7:00PM on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. During the summer months the meetings are held at the flying field. Meetings are held at Bruce Township Hall 218 N. Sterling St. in Streator during the cold weather months. Guests are welcome to attend our meetings. So if you have an interest in radio controlled flying, the best way to find out more about this hobby is to come to a meeting or to the flying field when the pilots are out honing their skills. We would be happy to share any information you seek.
