PRESIDENT’S CORNER
By Burdette Ahlstrom
Once again I need to mention about
putting your transmitters in the impound area
when not in use. It is for your safety as well
as the other people flying. We also want to
remember when we are flying to stay at least
50 feet from the flying stations. I know
sometimes we don’t always have our aircraft
under control but we need to be more carful
were we are flying. I have seen pictures of
aircraft hitting people and it isn’t a pretty
sight. I know that sometimes my aircraft
isn’t under control, so it can happen to
anyone. Please fly safe. Well our Fly-In
breakfast is over and I think we had a great
day. I know we served a lot of food! I
would like to thank all the people who helped
setting up for the breakfast on Saturday and
helping on Sunday with everything. The
newsletter is early this month so everyone
will know about the picnic. I hope we will
have a good turnout for that day. Don’t
forget to come early and enjoy some flying.
